April Leathercraft Classes

Saturday April 16th - Belt tooling with John Baker.

Join us from 9:00-3:00 and learn tooling and pattern layout from John Baker. Class fee is $100 and all materials are provided. Bring your own tools or pick up what you need from Traditions Leathercraft.

Saturday April 23rd - Basic Basketweave stamping. Join us from 10:00 - Noon as we teach you how to do basketweave stamping. Class fee is only $25 and all materials are provided. Bring your own tools or pick up what you need at Traditions Leathercraft.

In this 2 hours hands on workshop each student will make their own leather belt using our English Bridal belt blanks. The cost of the class if $35. We will not have time to tool a belt in this class but you'll leave with the knowledge of how to measure belts, cut them out and finish the edges. Space is limited to 6 people and all materials and tools will be provided! You must contact us to pre-pay for your RSVP.

Sat. April 30th - Advance basketweave stamping on Jr. Legal pad notebook with Allen Cope. Join us from 9:00 - Noon as we'll teach you advance basketweave stamping on your very own Jr. Legal pad cover. The class fee is only $40 and all materials are provided. Bring your own tools or pick up what you need at Traditions Leathercraft.

May Leathercraft Classes

Sat. May 7th - Basic floral carving with Allen Cope. In this hands-on workshop you will learn the basics of leather tooling. We will provide the pattern for you to use your own tools from the basic 7 tool set to creat floral carvings. The cost of this hands-on workshop is only $25.

Saturday May 12th - Oklahoma Chisolm Trail Guild meeting. 10:00 - Noon

Saturday May 21st - Basic coloring and finishing techniques 10:00 - Noon. In this basic coloring and finishing workshop we'll show you how to add color to your projects using dies, antiques and acrylics. We'll also cover the various finishing products to help you choose the best option for your needs. There is no cost for this class but space is limited to 10 people so RSVP's are required to attend.

Memorial Day Weekend May 28th & 29th Traditions Leathercraft will be closed.
