March Class Schedule
March 7th- Basic carving class. In this 2 hour class we will show you the proper way to case your leather, trace a floral pattern onto the leather and how to carve it. You'll learn how to properly use your swivel knife, and the basic tools to create floral patterns. The class fee is only $35. Please contact us to make your reservation. Space is limited to 6 people. Class time is 10-noon.
March 14 - Chisolm Trail Leathercraft Guild meeting 10-noon. Everyone is welcome to join us as the guild members share their passion of doing leather work. There is no charge to attend. Bring a project for show and tell and be prepared to meet other folks from across the state that love leathercrafting!
March 21 - Leather Journal making class. This will be a fun class where each student will make their own leather journal which will hold two notebooks! You'll learn how to punch and lace your journal cover as well as how to finish the edges to make a professional looking journal cover. All materials, including the note books are included in the class fee of $45. Class time is 11:00 - noon.
March 21 - How to color leather. 1:00 - 2:00 pm. This is a free demonstration showing how to properly use:

Antique staining methods
No registration required for this demonstration. Just bring a note book or your cameras to get some helpful hints on coloring leather!
March 28 - Basic stamping class. In this 2 hour class we will show you the proper way to lay out a boarder and how to use a basket weave stamp. You'll learn how to properly use your swivel knife, beveler, basket weave and a boarder stamp to create your own basket weaved projects. The class fee is only $35. Please contact us to make your reservation. Class time is 10-noon.
