July Class Schedule
July 11th - Chisolm Trail Leathercraft Guild meeting 10-noon. Everyone is welcome to join us as the guild members share their passion of doing leather work. There is no charge to attend. Bring a project for show and tell and be prepared to meet other folks from across the state that love leathercrafting.
July 18th - Join Michael Parham for a fun day of tooling! Michael will not only take you through the steps of creating this realistic flower, he will spend the afternoon teaching you his painting techniques.
The tools you need for this class are pretty basic: swivel knife, beveler, flower center, matte backgrounder, pear shader and a petal lifter. Tools are available for purchase and of course you are welcome to bring your own tools.
Supplies to paint and finish the project will be provided in the class fee. The cost of this class is $65.00. The class time is 10-3:00. Space is limited to 6-10 students so an RSVP is required.
July 25th - Basic tooling class. Our 2 hour hands on tooling class is a great way to improve on, or get started, doing floral carving. Bring your own basic 7 tools or grab what you to get started carving leather. Class time is 10-noon.
