Walker Skiving knife
The Walker Skiving knife is almost 6 inches over all length with a blade width of 21/8 wide. The handle width is a good 11/2 inches wide for comfort in your hand. The AEB-L stainless steel blade is a razorblade steel that has been hardened to 60-61 Rockwell “C” Hardness, with a cryogenic treatment that takes the blade to a -305 degree range during the heat treat process. The steel has been around since 1928 under one name or another for making razorblade.
